What's Included in Your Ticket?

Most classes are included in your ticket price. Any classes that are not included in your ticket price will be marked and require pre-registration. If the class description does not include a link for pre-registration and there is not a price listed it is included with your ticket

What are Add-On Workshops?

During the event there will be Add-On Workshops in which you will get a small group size, more hands-on learning, and you will take something home with you that you have made. In order to cover costs these workshops have an additional cost. The additional cost is listed and pre-registration is required. These classes can be found under the Add-On Workshops Tab. You may sit in on Add-On workshops with no additional payment however, you won't be able to participate in the Hands-On portion.

Can we camp on site?

Yes! However, we do not own the campground therefore all camping must be handled directly through VanHoy Family Campgrounds by calling 704-539-5493

VanHoy Farms is a 107-acre campground & multi-use live event space located in beautiful Union Grove, NC. The campgrounds & park feature amenities such as an indoor & outdoor concert arena, 50/30amp pull-thru RV sites with water, primitive camping, outdoor swimming pool, clean bathrooms, hot showers, onsite laundry, basketball courts, hiking trails & best of all… a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.

Primitive Camping is $15/person per night

If you wish to camp in a vehicle that does not require an electrical or water hookup you must call the campground at 704-539-5493 to pay for camping. Cost is $15/person per night.

If you plan on RV Camping with us select your hookup spot on our website. Then call the campground at 704-539-5493 and provide them with the space number you selected. Your spot will be reserved upon payment being received. Be aware there are NO FULL HOOKUPS. There are 50 & 30 AMP hookups with water and a dump station near the exit. Cost is $65/night.
